ABOUT

Specified, then shipped.

Astrolab was founded by Jeremy Peang-Meth on 30 years specifying complex systems, from architecture to energy to digital, now specifying and shipping AI agents and workflows on n8n. You work with the person who scopes, writes the spec and directs the build.

Critical thinking, written down.

Trained as an architect, which here means one habit: break a problem into its parts and write the spec that turns what you need into something that builds without guessing. The same gap kept showing up across federal and NGO energy systems for the State Department, the Air Force, and the UN, then twenty years of B2B digital, then AI. Work falls between what gets specified and what gets built, and Astrolab closes it for AI.

The thinking is the deliverable. The edge cases get found before they ship, and the call a person still has to make is on paper before a line is built.

Why this works without a logo wall

People who ship can describe the work in operational detail. People who sell describe outcomes. The proof is the spec you read first and the n8n audit log you watch the work run through. No black box, no logo wall we can't stand behind.
